Seeking a motivated and friendly individual for General Residential Maintenance & Repairs, to include minor / basic carpentry, basic plumbing, electrical, and some small painting or "punch-list" work.
We own and operate apartment buildings and maintain them inside and out as well as answer tenant service requests for various repairs.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with a lunch break (somewhat flexible to 8:30am to 4:30pm with lunch break..) We guaranty 40 hours minimum per week but also require alternating "on call" for after-hours emergencies which may arise. Overtime is paid as-needed.
Must be a team player, work well with others, and be drug-free and reliable.
This position is with a growing company and thus stable and long-term.
You must have some experience in carpentry and/or property maintenance and the more skills you bring with you, the better the starting pay-rate.

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
