Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install window tint on a variety of vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and is committed to delivering excellent results.
Responsibilities
- Install window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles with precision and attention to detail
- Clean and prepare vehicle windows before installation
- Measure, cut, and apply tint film to fit different vehicle models
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Deliver professional customer service and represent the company positively
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Minimum 1.5–2 years of professional window tinting experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable and maintains consistent attendance
- Honest, dependable, and trustworthy
- Friendly, professional attitude and able to work well with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new techniques and vehicle types
- Comfortable working on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles
- Able to work efficiently during high-volume work periods
- Maintain a drug-free workplace
- Must be at least 17+ years old
Pay Structure
This is a performance-based position. Pay varies depending on the number and type of vehicles completed.
Current pay rates include:
- Sedan (sides and back windows): $40
- Sedan full vehicle including windshield: $70
- SUV (sides and back windows): $60
- Windshield only: $30
