You will be responsible for monitoring electronic devices, conducting interviews, managing cases, and documenting activities with precision and professionalism. Duties
- Monitor electronic surveillance devices to ensure compliance with court-ordered conditions or program requirements
- Manage case files by accurately and thoroughly documenting interactions, violations, and intervention plans.
- Respond promptly to alerts or incidents detected through electronic monitoring systems, coordinating crisis management efforts when necessary.
- Write detailed reports outlining observations, actions taken, and recommendations for case review or further intervention.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, social workers, and other stakeholders to support compliance and safety initiatives.
Experience
- Prior experience in law enforcement, social work, or related fields prefered.
- Prior customer service experience is helpful.
- Knowledge of electronic monitoring technology and systems used in community supervision programs is helpful.
- Proven ability to handle crises effectively with calmness and decisiveness
- Skilled in report writing with attention to detail and clarity for legal or administrative purposes
