Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Supervisor Assistant to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will support the Property Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and clients. Responsibilities
- Assist with managing lease or rental agreements, including processing applications, renewals, and terminations using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite.
- Support property maintenance coordination by tracking work orders, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Help enforce Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant laws, and Section 8 program requirements to maintain legal compliance across all property operations.
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping for tenant files, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant inquiries via phone or email, resolving conflicts effectively, and upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses related to property management and facilities maintenance.
- Support team management efforts by coordinating schedules, facilitating communication among team members, and assisting with training initiatives.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar tools is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Landlord-Tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication tasks.
- Excellent conflict management skills coupled with effective negotiation abilities to handle tenant issues diplomatically.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service within a property management or leasing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Office experience that includes data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and client communication is required.
