As a Service BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers. Your ability to communicate professionally, build rapport, and keep appointments organized plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:

Answer inbound service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm

Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments

Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication

Understand customer needs and provide outstanding service

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Complete follow-up activities and maintain accurate customer records

Manage multiple tasks while meeting daily productivity goals

Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure a seamless customer experience

Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
