Join our Service Team!
Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and like being on the move? We're looking for a dependable Service Helper to join our team. In this role, you'll assist with repairing, cleaning, and maintaining shopping carts and equipment at customer locations while working alongside an experienced Leadperson.

What You'll Do
- Assist with steam cleaning and repairing shopping carts and equipment.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Help with wheel replacements, painting, lubrication, alignment, rebuilding, and other repairs.
- Load and unload equipment, parts, and materials from service vehicles.
- Keep the service truck and work area clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customer personnel.
- Travel to customer locations locally and occasionally out of state as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift up to 70 pounds.
- Push and maneuver shopping carts and equipment throughout the workday.
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and work with hand and power tools.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Travel locally and occasionally out of state as business needs require.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime and weekend work based on customer needs
- Daily start times may vary depending on travel and project schedules
