Regal Staffing is hiring experienced Equipment Technicians in the Wilmer, TX area. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and helping ensure production machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Pay: $25–$27/hour, depending on experience
Night Shift Differential: Additional 10%

Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts with rotating 4-on/3-off and 3-on/4-off schedules
3-on/4-off: Work Sunday–Tuesday; off Wednesday–Saturday
4-on/3-off: Work Sunday–Wednesday; off Thursday–Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems
- Inspect machinery to identify potential equipment failures and prevent downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records
- Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and startup
- Repair and maintain production equipment to maximize uptime
- Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and company policies
- Support special projects and other maintenance tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Technical diploma or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, inspection equipment, and testing equipment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Solar, semiconductor, or photovoltaic manufacturing experience is a plus
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; team lifting when necessary
