Company Description
Anatomic is an innovative stem cell engineering firm creating relevant models of human disease. Using deep understandings of transcriptional developmental biology, our goal is to manufacture and connect all interacting cell types in the human body in the most physiologically relevant manner possible.
Our team is setting aggressive goals and requires help with basic mammalian cell culture and analytical techniques. You will be tasked with manufacturing our current products, while helping to discover brand-new knowledge that will make an immediate commercial impact.
Responsibilities
· Monitoring and maintaining supply levels
· Support manufacturing media formulations following standard operating procedures
· Support manufacturing cell products following standard operating procedures
· Immunocytochemistry staining and fluorescent microscopy
· Running qPCR reactions
· Documenting workflows and creating standard operating procedures
· Additional responsibilities required as needed
Requirements
· Applicants pursuing a Bachelors Degree in a biology-related discipline
· A strong ability to self-start, self-teach, and figure things out
· Excellent organization skills
· Strong analytical skills and healthy skepticism
· Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
· Mammalian cell culture expertise is a plus
· Ability to work weekends
· Team player

Additional Information
· Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)
· Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM on weekdays and every other weekend (with equivalent time off provided during the week when weekend hours are worked)
· Significant Work Activities and Conditions: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
