The Manufacturing Technician (Second shift) is responsible for assembling, testing, and supporting the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
This is a second shift position: 3 PM - 11 PM

Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications

Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently

Perform basic testing, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product standards are met

Identify and report defects, process issues, or safety concerns

Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
