We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using project management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
- Oversee construction site activities, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify accuracy and feasibility before implementation.
- Monitor project costs through effective cost management practices, including change order processing and budget tracking with HeavyBid or similar tools.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly while maintaining project momentum.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong emphasis on project scheduling and cost control.
- Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, Microsoft Office Suite, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining high safety standards.
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Exceptional blueprint reading skills along with experience managing construction plans and schematics for large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and project scheduling techniques.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
