We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and adaptable individual to become an essential part of our growing team.
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and takes pride in helping a business operate at a high level. No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who enjoys stepping in wherever they're needed with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
You'll work alongside our design team supporting daily operations, customer experience, event preparation, merchandising, organization, and behind-the-scenes logistics that help keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Answer phones and guide customers through floral selections and ordering.
- Process flower shipments and prepare fresh product.
- Assist with floral production and event preparation.
- Prepare containers, packaging, ribbons, cards, and supplies.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked workspace.
- Clean floral buckets, coolers, work areas, and retail displays.
- Merchandise seasonal products and retail displays.
- Prepare materials for workshops and special events.
- Assist with photography, social media content, and marketing projects.
- Help update seasonal signage, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Complete local errands and occasional deliveries when needed.
- Assist with inventory organization and restocking.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications/Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Florist or Floral Design
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Event Industry
- Customer Service
- Visual Merchandising
- Wedding or Event Assistance
Floral experience is a plus but not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude, creativity, and work ethic.

Compensation
- Starting pay: $19–21 per hour, based on experience.
- Approximately 10–25 hours per week to start.
- Additional hours available during holidays, weddings, and event season.
- Paid training.
