Position Summary
As a Bartender you will be more than just a drink maker—you will be an integral part of the guest experience. This role combines creativity, hospitality, and technical skills to deliver a memorable visit for every guest who walks through our doors. You will craft high-quality cocktails, pour wine and beer with expertise, and provide personal recommendations to enhance each guest’s dining experience. Beyond mixing drinks, you will foster a welcoming and lively atmosphere at the bar, engaging guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
In this position, you will balance the art of mixology with the responsibilities of maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized workspace. You will uphold all service standards, follow safety and compliance guidelines, and take pride in representing the culture and values of [Restaurant/Bar Name]. Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service at the bar and tableside.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drink menus, seasonal offerings, and featured specials.

Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible service at all times.

Work collaboratively with servers, support staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
