What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll develop new business while helping commercial property owners protect and improve their buildings.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Inspecting commercial roofing systems and identifying repair or replacement opportunities.
- Preparing proposals and presenting recommendations based on each customer's needs.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from contract through completion.
- Managing your sales pipeline, follow-up schedule, and customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Commercial roofing is built on trust and consistency. Many projects require multiple conversations before a decision is made, making organization and relationship management essential to long-term success.
Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based earnings and optional income support during your onboarding period.
- First-Year Earnings: $150,000 to $200,000
- Experienced Sales Professionals: $300,000 to $500,000+ annually
- Uncapped commission structure with substantial income potential on commercial projects.
