Healing Medical & Aesthetics is a growing aesthetics practice in Hinsdale, IL, looking for a warm, detail-oriented Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our team full-time. You will be central to the patient experience, from the first phone call to the final "after" photo, supporting our providers and making every patient feel cared for.
Responsibilities include greeting, rooming, and triaging patients and answering incoming phone calls; capturing before-and-after clinical photography; obtaining treatment consent and reviewing patient paperwork; assisting providers during aesthetic treatments and procedures; scheduling appointments and supporting day-to-day clinic flow; and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications: Medical Assistant experience is preferred (aesthetics or med spa a plus). The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and organized, with strong attention to detail, is discreet and reliable when handling confidential patient information, and is comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and photography.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a supportive team and room to grow in a fast-expanding aesthetics practice.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
