Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Construction Builder to join our team and bring construction projects to life with precision and craftsmanship. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of building tasks, from framing and metal building erection to finishing and restoration work. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and technical drawings into tangible structures, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every step. Responsibilities
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute building tasks.
- Erect metal buildings, including framing, siding, roofing, and metal stud framing with precision.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to ensure durable foundations and structures.
- Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, and plastering to enhance structural integrity.
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools for framing, trim carpentry, and woodworking tasks.
- Execute restoration projects by repairing or remodeling existing structures with attention to detail.
- Read blueprints and construction plans thoroughly to guide project execution efficiently.
- Install siding, drywall, trim carpentry elements, and perform roofing tasks with quality craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with team members on site management, material handling, and project timelines to ensure smooth workflow.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site work across various trades including framing, masonry, roofing, and finishing.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate implementation.
- Hands-on experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and drywall installation.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills; power tools including nail guns and grinders; heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites; ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for dimensional accuracy.
- Familiarity with construction management practices is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $26.58 - $32.01 per hour
