We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to transport and deliver small parcels to residential and commercial addresses. The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-conscious, and able to manage a fast-paced delivery schedule independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport small parcels using a personal or company vehicle
- Follow efficient delivery routes using GPS/navigation apps
- Deliver packages accurately and on time to the correct recipients
- Obtain delivery confirmations (signatures, photos, or scans) when required
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers at the point of delivery
- Report delays, delivery issues, or vehicle problems promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete end-of-shift reporting
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean and presentable
- Comply with all traffic laws and company policies
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Smartphone with data plan for navigation and delivery app use
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience
- Familiarity with delivery/routing apps (e.g., Amazon Flex, DoorDash, route planning software)
- Knowledge of the local delivery area
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout a shift
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to enter and exit a vehicle frequently
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods

Compensation
Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
