Sales Associate – Vape Shop

About Us
We are hiring for several locations around Rutherford county. We are a customer-focused vape and smoke shop dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Help customers find products that fit their needs while following all applicable laws and store policies.
- Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash and card transactions.
- Restock shelves and maintain an organized, clean sales floor.
- Answer questions about products, accessories, and promotions.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
- Help keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work (Earliest open is 7:45am latest close is 10pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable learning about vape products and accessories.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
