Tig Tech Inc. is a family-owned metal fabrication company fabricating and installing steel work for large apartment projects across California. We’re looking for a dependable Field Install Crew Member who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term opportunity—not just another job.If you’re at a point where you want to grow your income, build real skills, and work with a solid crew, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Install metal stairs, rails, awnings, fencing, etc. on construction projects
- Work on job sites throughout Northern California (occasional Southern California travel)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work with a small crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Typical Weekly Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday: Travel to job sites (hotel provided + meal per diem)
- Thursday: Travel home or remain on-site depending on project needs
- Friday: Shop work in Redding if field work gets completed
- Weekends: Generally off
Pay & Benefits
- $25.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Consistent overtime available based on project workload (many crews regularly work overtime)

.Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of construction experience (required)
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
