ABOUT THE ROLE
Corefleet Solutions LLC is looking for two reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team on a temporary W-2 basis at a client facility in San Jose. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for outbound shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Organize inventory and maintain proper storage locations
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and stored
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment (forklift operators welcome)
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly
- Support returns processing as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus — but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a fully onsite role at a client facility in the San Jose area. Expect a warehouse setting with standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift. Temperature may vary depending on the season and facility.
COMPENSATION & DETAILS
- Pay: $25–$28/hour, based on experience
- Temporary W-2 position — 1 to 3 months in duration
- Not benefits-eligible (health insurance not included)
- Overtime paid in full compliance with California labor law
- All required meal and rest breaks provided
- Workers’ compensation coverage included
