Full-Time Front Desk Agent

Comfort Inn & Suites Bothell is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Front Desk Agent.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and can handle front desk responsibilities independently in a professional and efficient manner.
Immediate start available — candidates who can start right away are preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer service
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and reservation software
- Professional, positive, and outgoing attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and basic accounting duties
- Must be willing to cross-train in other hotel departments and assist as needed
- Strong commitment to providing excellent guest service
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly and professional service
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Create, modify, and cancel guest reservations
- Process and verify guest payments, including credit card transactions
- Assign rooms and provide hotel and local-area information
- Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile front desk records
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, settlements, and discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports as required
- Follow hotel safety, security, and guest privacy procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist other departments as needed
Schedule
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability required
