Direct experience calculating heat loss/gain loads with software similar to Carrier HAP. Selecting HVAC systems including DX split systems, packaged A/C systems like ductless fancoils and Rooftop Units. Designing Air distribution systems and exhaust systems for multifamily and/or commercial new construction/remodel projects. Completion of COMCheck forms. Proficient at AutoCAD and REVIT.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
