ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves the line of customers as they pass through.

Replaces empty bins of hot foods.

Sends orders to the kitchen for preparation.

Wipes tables and seats with cleaning cloths.

Carries dirty dishes to kitchen.

Sets tables with appropriate condiments.

Customer service is a plus.

One-year experience in serving cafeteria-style.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
A Kentucky Race Horsing Commission license is required for all track workers. Provided by Keeneland upon hired status.
