Venue Manager – Blondie (West Hollywood)
Blondie, a rooftop patio bar and restaurant on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, is looking for an experienced Venue Manager to help lead our front-of-house operations.

Blondie is a vibrant rooftop destination featuring indoor and outdoor spaces for dining, drinks, and private events, with a capacity of up to 170 guests. We're a fast-paced, design-forward venue known for great hospitality and a lively atmosphere.
The Role
We're seeking a hands-on Venue Manager with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, or event venues. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including bar, floor, and host teams
- Build and manage staff schedules across bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff
- Ensure smooth execution of service, events, and private buyouts
- Support hiring, training, and performance management for FOH staff
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless front and back-of-house communication
- Manage vendor and inventory needs as they relate to service and events
- Uphold brand standards and guest experience at every touchpoint
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in hospitality, bar/restaurant, or event venue operations
- Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Familiarity with event/reservation platforms a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- California food handler/alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain)
