Our client is seeking a Practice Leader – Land Development to drive growth, lead teams, and expand client relationships.
This is a seller-doer leadership role with responsibility for both project delivery and business development.
- Leading business development and expanding client relationships
- Overseeing technical delivery across projects and teams
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team
- Driving strategic growth and market positioning
- Representing the firm in industry and client settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
- 12–20+ years of experience
- Proven success in client development and leadership
- Strong background in land development projects
