We are hiring an Electrical BIM Operator to join our VDC/Preconstruction team and support electrical modeling, coordination, and shop drawing development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain electrical BIM models
- Create models for telecom, fire alarm, and security systems as needed
- Review BIM execution plans and project specifications
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve design conflicts
- Produce constructable plan sets, schedules, and drawings
- Support project standards and documentation
- Participate in meetings and collaboration efforts
Qualifications
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, or Revizto
- Electrical systems knowledge
- Ability to read single-line diagrams and plan sets
- Working knowledge of cloud-based models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Autodesk certification or related drafting/design degree preferred
