Seeking a motivated, hardworking individual that can work quickly and efficiently in a high volume restaurant. Must be organized, detail oriented, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Operate an industrial dishwasher
- Wash dishes, pots & pans by hand when necessary
- Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans & recycling & carrying to dumpster, sweeping & mopping floors, cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately, other duties as requested
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning projects
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Basic food prep
- Experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to:
- Walk & stand for entire shift
- Lift heavy items up to 50lbs
- Walk up and down stairs several times during a shift
