We also have full time with hours morning and night 40 hours
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Counter Help Shift Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily counter operations, ensuring smooth food service, excellent customer interactions, and efficient team coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and customer service, with strong leadership skills to guide team members during shifts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership abilities while working in a fast-paced food industry environment.
Duties
- Supervise and support counter staff during shifts, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to operational standards.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring menu items meet quality and presentation standards.
- Operate POS systems Speedline for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and processing customer orders efficiently.
- Manage food service customer orders, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and kitchen equipment operation.
- Oversee cash register operations, including processing cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, along with cashiering skills.
- Experience in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations within the food industry or café setting.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory tracking.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining sanitation standards.
- Must be able to work weekends, No holidays as we are not open
