We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. and enrolling for the rewards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and assist with reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and assist in managing room assignments.
- Folding laundry and keeping front desk area clean.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Vacuuming hallway.
- keeping track of inventory for breakfast and filling up.
- should keep pool area filled with towels and keep it clean.
- Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and phone etiquette is essential.
- Experience with night audit processes is a plus but not mandatory.
