The Role
This is not a stand-behind-the-counter-and-ring-people-up job. You'll educate customers, build trust, and guide them to the right firearm, suppressor, accessory, or class. You'll represent a brand people already respect — and help us build something bigger.
What You'll Do
Greet, educate, and sell with honesty and expertise
Learn our full line: firearms, NFA/suppressors, optics, holsters, accessories, and training
Hit and beat individual and store sales goals
Keep the showroom sharp, stocked, and inviting
Support transfers, consignment intake, and daily operations
Follow all federal, state, and ATF compliance to the letter

Requirements
21 years or older - Non Negotiable!!
Able to pass a federal background check (required for firearms retail)
Comfortable handling and discussing firearms safely and knowledgeably. Learning is part of our process.
Must be able to pass a drug test - No Exceptions!

Compensation & Growth
Starting pay is $12–$15/hour, based on your experience and firearms knowledge and customer service. Attitude is everything! Your first 90 days are a training ramp — we invest in teaching you the product, the compliance, and the way we take care of customers. After the ramp, you unlock commission on top of your hourly, so the harder you work, the more you earn. As we grow, so does your role and your pay. We promote from within.
