We're seeking a driven and personable Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Full-Time | $20.19/hr | Onsite/In Person | Peachtree City, GA
Salary: $20.19 an hour Base pay + up to 40k in bonuses
Positions Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST
What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective clients regarding potential personal injury claims
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with interested leads
- Qualify potential cases based on firm guidelines
- Clearly explain the benefits of working with Shane Smith Law
- Gather and accurately document client information
- Build trust and establish rapport with prospective clients
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles preferred
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone interactions
