Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our RFAB YE team. This technician will be a valuable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. Additionally, you will be trained to be able to provide real time decision making for wafers based on inline data.
Responsibilities include:
Once onboarded, a technician in YE will perform technical tasks which may include lot dispositions, recipe creations, special request processing, and collaboration with YE engineers.
Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to MFG, PE, EE to balance baseline production and YE needs.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
High School diploma/GED
18 years of age or older
One of the following:
2 years of semiconductor experience as Technician OR
8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience
Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule
Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays
Preferred qualifications:
2 years or more in a wafer fab setting
Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance
Ability to learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as needed
Outstanding organizational, and collaborative skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes
Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results, escalating urgencies to Engineers on team, as needed
Strong time management skills
