Duties
- Perform general maintenance tasks including TV Mounting, Furniture Assembly, Wall Hangings.
- Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations.
- Assist with moving operations by safely packing, loading, transporting, and unloading household or office items.
- Use schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to diagnose issues and plan repairs efficiently.
- Supervise junior team members during projects, providing guidance on safety procedures and technical tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards and protocols at all times.
Experience
- 5 years Proven hands on experience as a handyman or in facilities maintenance with a strong background in mechanical knowledge, TV Mounting, Furniture Assembly, Wall Hangings.
- 5 years experience in Painting Buildings interior and exterior.
- 5 years experience as a mover
- Skilled in electrical systems repair, electrical equipment troubleshooting, and reading schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to perform HVAC system troubleshooting effectively.
- Prior supervisory experience leading teams or projects within manufacturing or residential settings is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and documentation.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) activities and facilities management.
