JOB
This is a part-time, entry level position in the Chemistry program.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Provide support to Chemistry faculty, students, and staff in the Chemistry Stockroom.
Prepare labs, wash labware, set up/tear down experiments.
Provide service at Stockroom Service Window.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Working Hours and Days:

6-12 hours per week, schedule based on student's enrollment schedule and Stockroom coverage needs.

Between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday
Physical and Environmental Factors:
Excessive standing and/or walking.
Exposure to fumes and/or chemicals.
Lifting (weight) up to 50 lbs.
Occasional temperature fluctuations.
Dress appropriate for working in a chemistry laboratory including long pants, sleeved shirts, enclosed shoes, as well PPEs including goggles and gloves as necessary, will be required.
