Sip Fresh is looking for dynamic General Managers for the growing Phoenix Valley Metro market, specifically in the Glendale, AZ and Chandler, AZ areas.

As the General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations with your primary focus is to lead your team, maximizing sales, and ensuring perfect product quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead Store Operations: Direct daily workflows, control inventory, manage labor schedules, and ensure strict food safety compliance.
- Onboard Local Staff: Recruit, hire, and fully train all in-store team members according to standard operating procedures.
- Keep the store in pristine, gold-standard condition to serve as the backdrop for corporate training initiatives
- Drive Sales & Service: Ensure fast, friendly service to maintain high customer satisfaction and maximize store profitability.
- Manage Store Costs: Monitor weekly food and labor costs to meet budget goals.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of management experience in a fast-casual restaurant, quick-service retail, beverage concept, or juice bar.
- People Skills: Strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate a local team of supervisors and team members.
- Operational Discipline: A sharp eye for store cleanliness, presentation, and organizational consistency.
- Leadership Style: Hands-on leader who leads by example on the floor, not just from the back office.
- Schedule: Full flexibility to work retail peak hours, including weekends and holidays. Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary operations.
