Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team at JN Chevrolet, providing exceptional guest services and maintenance support in a dynamic hospitality environment. Duties
- Greet guests and assist with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Drive customer vehicles safely within parking areas for service or delivery purposes
- Provide assistance and support to the Service Department in the maintenance of the Service Department, to include such additional duties as cleaning and assisting in the organization of the Service Department.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle status
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions
- Assist with delivery of parts or vehicles as needed, ensuring timely and safe transportation
- Responsible for making sure that all vehicles assigned are washed before the customer picks it up.
- Support dealership or retail operations by providing excellent guest services and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- At least one year experience as a Lot Technician or Driver preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmissions is required
- Must have an acceptable driver's abstract
- Ability to navigate parking facilities efficiently and safely
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
