Kitchen Manager / Line Cook

Full-Time | Nights & Weekends Required 40-45hours a week
The Edge Norfolk is the premier college destination in Hampton Roads, and we're looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager/Line Cook to help us become the go-to spot for late-night food and creative bar items that wow our guests. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every night is a party — and we're looking for someone who thrives in that atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
- Create and execute daily specials that keep customers coming back
-Maintain all high health standards of our kitchen cleaning policies
- Manage food and labor costs to stay on budget
- Conduct weekly detailed inventories
- Train all new kitchen staff and build a strong, cohesive team
- Maintain top-quality standards on every plate
**What You Need:**
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- Ability to work nights and weekends (required)
- Strong team-building attitude
- Pride in your product and attention to detail
- Must pass a background check
