Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled HVAC/R Salesman with strong technical knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of HVAC systems and equipment, with High Efficiency inverter experience preferred. This role involves meeting with customers, assessing their needs, and providing customized HVAC solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HVAC/R systems and upgrades to residential and commercial customers.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate systems and configurations.
- Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate project execution.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, especially in Inverter and ductless systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards and local codes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
