As a Billing Specialist, you'll support our billing department by ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create invoices and credit memos
- Maintain and update customer billing records
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor account balances and identify outstanding issues
- Answer customer billing questions professionally and courteously
- Process customer payments and update account information
- Issue monthly customer statements
- Update customer master files and contact information
- Track invoice exceptions and ensure billing accuracy
- Assist with various administrative and billing-related projects
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- 1 year of billing, administrative, accounting, finance, or office experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
