Local professional property management company is seeking an On-Site Manager for an apartment complex in Milwaukee, Wi near UWM.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, overall upkeep of the community and property, leasing, resident retention efforts, cleaning all common areas and vacant apartments, etc.
Hours for this position are based on need. Busier times will require additional time spent working, for example busier rental months, snow blowing in winter, etc.
Pay for this position is free rent for an apartment, $100.00 per rental and $250.00 bonus when the property is full on the 1st of each month.
