Pay and Compensation
- Base hourly pay plus performance bonuses and tips
- Typical total earnings: $20.50 to $22.50 per hour

What You Will Do
- Perform residential and commercial junk removal services
- Safely load and transport furniture, appliances, and construction debris
- Operate company trucks and equipment
- Deliver professional customer service at every job
- Follow safety and property protection standards
Requirements
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather
- Valid driver licenses
- Clean driving record
- Must meet company insurance requirements ( 21+)
- Reliable transportation to reporting location
Preferred (Not Required)
- Moving, labor, warehouse, construction, or delivery experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles
