BCBA opportunity with a growing, home-based ABA company in North Carolina
Wholesome Care ABA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across North Carolina. This is an in-home role with flexible, full-time or part-time scheduling.
As a BCBA with Wholesome Care ABA, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, and partner with families to support meaningful progress. You will do this with the backing of an accessible leadership team and administrative support that lets you focus on clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other behavioral evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment as needed to drive progress
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other service providers
- Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Active North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) licensure, or eligibility
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments, treatment planning, data analysis, and behavior intervention
- Experience supervising or training RBTs preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions across the service area
