Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is vital in maintaining an efficient workspace, collaborating with and supporting team members, and managing essential office functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Serve as dispatcher for service personnel.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using productivity software like Microsoft Office
- Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
- Support administrative needs such as typing reports, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with technical proficiency tasks including troubleshooting basic computer issues and ensuring office technology runs smoothly.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred), and clerical tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems; customer service skills are essential.
- Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency to support office operations effectively.
Blue Collar Maintenance provides property maintenance services for commercial retail spaces. We work with property managers to make sure that these retail centers are the kind of place you would want to shop, dine, and relax.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
