Other requirements:
- Extensive retail management experience with a strong operational background
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to approximately 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong understanding of safety practices and ability to operate equipment as needed
