Pay & Schedule
- 1st Shift: $14.00/hour | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: $14.40/hour | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Are you looking for a position that offers consistent hours and the opportunity to earn extra income through overtime? We are currently seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join our growing team in Lapeer.
At this time, overtime is mandatory and provides employees with the opportunity to significantly increase their weekly earnings. Team members should be prepared to work up to 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on production demands.
Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations and ensuring quality products are delivered to customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating production and assembly equipment
- Performing assembly tasks using hand and power tools
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assisting with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Handling materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following all company safety and quality procedures
- Working with fellow team members to achieve daily production goals
Manufacturing Associate Requirements
Successful Manufacturing Associates will possess:
- Previous manufacturing, factory, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts as needed
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
