Job Description
We are a busy, locally owned water treatment company looking for a reliable Water Treatment Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for every aspect of our daily field operations, including salt deliveries, equipment service, installations, maintenance, warehouse duties, and customer support.
We're looking for someone who works independently, takes pride in their work, follows directions, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
- Deliver salt to residential and commercial customers.
- Service and maintain water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and other water treatment equipment.
- Assist with installing new water treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Load, unload, and transport salt, tanks, and equipment.
- Drive company vehicles on assigned routes.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and general shop duties.
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic service questions.
- Complete paperwork and service records accurately.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
If you frequently miss work, are uncomfortable with physical labor, or require constant supervision, this position is not a good fit.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
