Responsibilities
- Perform weekly and biweekly pool maintenance
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Vacuum pools and remove debris
- Clean skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and filters
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
- Assist with pool openings and closings
- Perform basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete digital service reports after each visit
Qualifications
- Previous pool service experience is required
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Compensation
