Position Overview: This position supports the OHARNG Medical Case Management Services as a Lead Case Manager. KSA Integration LLC provides non-clinical medical case management support to sustain Individual Medical Readiness for approximately 9,549 Ohio Army National Guard Soldiers across six brigades, working in the Army systems of record (MEDPROS, MODS, eCase, MEDCHART, and the Health Readiness Record). The Lead Case Manager runs the day-to-day case management operation and is the working supervisor for a 16-person team of Case Managers and Case Coordinators. This person keeps every Soldier's case moving: they balance caseloads, check quality, clear roadblocks, and keep the readiness picture accurate for the units and the State Surgeon's Office. They are the first escalation point for hard cases and the engine behind on-time reporting.

Job Type: Full-time/Non-exempt. Service Contract Act (SCA) covered — SCA labor category: SCA 24550, Case Manager.
Location: On-site — Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Medical Detachment, Building 11, Section 11, 401 North Yearling Road, Columbus, OH 43213. Office environment on a secure Government installation; extended periods at a computer working across multiple data systems; high-volume, deadline-driven work during Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) events (approximately 40 per year, historically 200–320 Soldiers per event day).
Anticipated Start Date: Contingent upon contract award — Anticipated start: September 2026.
Position Responsibilities:

Supervise daily case management operations across all six supported brigades; assign and balance caseloads across the team.

Run the case-file quality control program: sample active case files on a recurring schedule, score them against the QC checklist, and drive corrective actions.

Compile and deliver the monthly metrics report (case throughput, outstanding medical and dental issues, SRP support, AQL compliance), forwarded on the 1st of each month.

Serve as the daily working liaison to Battalion and Brigade Medical Readiness NCOs, the State Surgeon's Office, and Health Services personnel.

Plan staffing and throughput for approximately 40 SRP events per year and mobilization timelines; run pre-event preparation and post-event closure.

Manage escalations: non-responsive Soldiers, cross-system data mismatches, aging cases, and backlog recovery.

Support the Contract Manager on performance reporting, PRS/AQL compliance, and Government meetings.

Position Requirements:

Three or more years of case management, case coordination, or military medical readiness experience.

At least one year leading or supervising a team.

Working knowledge of Army medical readiness processes (IMR, PHA, dental readiness, profiles, MEB/IDES).

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and keep a Common Access Card (CAC), including a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 (or higher) background investigation.

Ability to complete all required Government training within phase-in timelines, including JKO modules (DHA-US298 Medical Readiness Portal, DHA-US299 Administrative Portal, DHA-US001 HIPAA), AT Level 1, OPSEC Level 1, PII, CUI, iWATCH, TARP, MHS Genesis, and Combating Trafficking in Persons.

Ability to handle Protected Health Information and PII correctly under HIPAA and the Privacy Act, every day and without exception.

Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and clear written and spoken communication.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Army medical readiness systems quickly.
Preferred Skills/Experience:

Direct experience in MEDPROS, MODS, eCase, MEDCHART, or HRR.

Prior military service or National Guard familiarity.

Experience running quality control programs on a services contract.
