American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring an active MN RN license and PALS certification.

Work in a Pediatric ICU (PICU) or Pediatric CVICU setting
-
Care for pre-operative and immediate post-operative PICU surgical patients and trauma patients, or pre-operative, immediate post-operative cardiac surgical patients and pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients

Floating required between two hospital locations as needed

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Active MN RN license or MN Temporary Permit-RN currently in hand

Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Minimum two years of PICU nursing experience with competency in pre-operative, post-operative surgical, and trauma patient care, or two years of pediatric CVICU nursing experience with competency in pre- and post-operative cardiac surgical and cardiac procedural patient care

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in an ICU or cardiac ICU setting

Must be willing to float between two hospital locations as needed
