Before working independently, you'll be introduced to each new client so you understand their routine, expectations, and exactly who to contact if questions arise.
Position 1
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Position 2
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Consistent clients with set schedules
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired
- $18–$21 per hour
- Bi-weekly pay
- $200 Retention Bonus
- $250 Referral Bonus
- Mileage reimbursement (when applicable)

- Paid orientation
- Ongoing training and support
- Online pre-employment training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid)
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
- Caregiving experience preferred
