Our law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Account Support Specialist to support attorneys in our growing Landlord Tenant Department. This role is well-suited for a legal professional who thrives in an active work environment, is numbers-driven, values accuracy and organization, and is comfortable balancing and analyzing case-related ledgers and accounting.

What You’ll Do
- Assist attorneys with the preparation of pleadings, correspondence, court filings and preparation, and other legal documents
- Review, organize, and analyze ledger histories, rent records, and payment documentation related to legal cases
- Accurately calculate, verify, and break down amounts owed, balances, and totals for use in legal documents
- Ensure calculated figures are properly balanced, supported, and categorized
- Draft and finalize legal documents and file with courts in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate professionally with clients, management companies, tenants, and court personnel via phone and email
- Maintain and organize client files (electronic and paper)
- Monitor, calendar, and track court dates, deadlines, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Strong math and numerical reasoning skills, with comfort reviewing and working from accounting-style records and ledgers
- Experience in accounting, finance, or related field strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfort working with financial figures as part of legal documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Office experience and adaptability to changing priorities
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in landlord/tenant law or real estate law a plus

Compensation & Schedule
Anticipated salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
